iSleep MCP

Give an authorized agent a small read-only sleep data tool surface.

Choose transport

Use Streamable HTTP for a Self-Hosted sidecar or stdio for a locally spawned bridge.

Install and configure

Install the versioned release artifact, then give the MCP process its own API origin and token. Credentials never live in a Skill.

Available tools

The initial surface includes members, device status, latest report, report history, stages, vitals and sleep events.
