SLEEP TRACKING TECHNOLOGY

How Under-Mattress Sleep Tracking Works

A contactless sleep sensor observes sleep-related signals beneath the mattress, converts them into structured stages and metrics, and delivers them through a consistent product data path.

01 — From physical signal to useful sleep report

01

Sense

The installed mat captures sleep-related movement, heart and breathing signals through the mattress.

02

Classify

The processing layer organizes each night into awake, light, deep and REM stages plus sleep events.

03

Summarize

Duration, efficiency, heart rate, respiratory rate and event counts become a versioned nightly report.

04

Deliver

Apps, customer services and authorized agents consume the same report and time-series model.

Sleep tracking is useful when the full path remains explainable, testable and operable.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is under-mattress sleep tracking wearable?

No. The sensing layer stays beneath the mattress, so the sleeper does not need to wear or charge a tracker.

Is sleep tracking the same as medical diagnosis?

No. Consumer and product sleep tracking provides estimates, patterns and trends. It does not replace a clinical sleep study, diagnosis or treatment.
