Sleep sensor placement and mattress compatibility
How to evaluate placement, mattress construction, bed bases and shared-sleeper conditions before production.

Foam, spring, hybrid construction, toppers, covers and bed bases can change the signal path. A compatibility decision should name the construction and configuration that was evaluated instead of implying a universal result.
Treat placement as a controlled configuration
Record orientation, alignment, cable routing and movement tolerance so installation can be repeated in manufacturing, delivery and customer support. A diagram is helpful, but the production instruction must match the verified mattress assembly.
Include shared-sleeper and edge conditions
A realistic matrix includes intended sleeper positions, mattress width, one or more sensors, temporary displacement and nights with partial data. The result should state which conditions are supported, unsupported or still under evaluation.
